What's new in 1.2

Delete several branches at once

  • Branch rows now have checkboxes. Branches checked out in a worktree can't be selected.
  • While branches are checked, the Branches header shows how many, with Clear and Delete Selected….
  • The confirmation lists each branch with whether it's merged into trunk and whether it tracks an upstream or is local only.
  • Branches are deleted one at a time with git branch -d. Unmerged branches are skipped, never force-deleted.
  • A summary shows what was deleted and what was skipped, and why. Each skipped unmerged branch can still be removed with Force Delete (-D)…, which asks again first.

Command Log syntax highlighting

  • Logged git commands are now colored: git and the subcommand in your accent color, flags in gray, and paths, refs and values in the normal text color.
