Omdrop 0.8.0: send several files
Send several files at once: choose more than one in the chooser, and they go as one transfer, so the recipient accepts once.
New since 0.7.3
- Several files per send. Ctrl-click or Shift-click in the chooser to pick more than one. The panel shows "Sending 3 files to iPhone...". Tested to a Mac in Everyone mode and an iPhone in Contacts Only.
- Command line:
omdrop send a.jpg b.pdf MyMac. The recipient can go anywhere among the files. - Two files with the same name are refused before any device is contacted, because the recipient would keep only one.
Fixes
omdrop install-drivernow upgrades a driver that is older than the plugin needs. Before, it said "Nothing to do" whenever any driver was installed.
Requires brcmfmac-awdl-dkms 0.5.0. With an older driver, sending one file still works, and sending several tells you to run omdrop install-driver. Privileges, the firewall rule, and dependency pins other than the driver are unchanged from 0.7.3.
