Omdrop 0.8.3: peer names answer the first click

Fixes a click on a device name in Send to peers that did nothing the first time.

Fixes

• The first click on a peer name opens the file chooser. Before, it often only hid the tooltip, and a second click was needed. The list was rebuilt every time the panel refreshed the nearby devices, every 2 seconds and after each name lookup, so a click could land on a row that had just been replaced. Rows now stay in place, as the radar's dots already did, and keep their order instead of reshuffling under the pointer.
