New command mirroring /dev:jira structure, backed by trello-cli.

7 subcommands: setup, create, list, view, update, plan, board

• Removed all Justworks-specific references — plugin now works with any Atlassian site
• /dev:jira setup prompts for your Atlassian site URL instead of hardcoding one
• Config directory moved from ~/.claude/jw-ez-dev/ to ~/.claude/dev/
• Automatic migration of legacy config on first setup
• check-deps.sh now checks for trello-cli alongside gh and Atlassian MCP

• Trello: npm install -g trello-cli
