Clean settings. Moved connections settings from item view to main settings. Prevent notifications from flashing during initial processing. Make exclusion settings easier to configure with fuzzy search modal. Added excluded files modals for reviewing which files are excluded based on the current settings. Moved environment stats to dedicated modal instead of rendering in settings.
