Brisvia 1.1.3 — Ready for the August 1 launch

Everything is set for the network to go live on August 1, 2026 at 15:00 UTC (12:00 Argentina). This release makes launch day smooth and fair for everyone.

Build provenance

This release is built from a single, clean commit on release/1.1.3, with English-only sources and signed binaries on all three platforms. The published tag points at that exact commit, so the binaries can be matched to their source.
