v0.2.0: Merge pull request #56 from broadinstitute/integration

• using JSDoc to generate documentation for the different classes in the Lattice library
• extending PlotInLattice from Plot, instead of adding new attributes directly to Plot from Lattice
• XYEntry class has been changed to Point2D
• started work on Distribution and Hierarchy classes
