Thank you for using Exercise Lock (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use and delete the App.
The App provides a “exercise-to-unlock” feature designed to help users build healthier device habits.
The App may:
- Read workout information through Apple HealthKit (with your permission)
- Lock or unlock selected apps based on your daily activity
- Manage access through subscriptions and free trials
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (such as monthly or yearly plans).
All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple App Store.
- Free trials (if offered) automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled beforehand.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. - Pricing is determined by your region and Apple’s billing system.
The developer cannot access your payment information.
If you grant permission, the App may access workout-related health data only for:
- Determining whether you have completed daily exercise goals
- Deciding whether to unlock selected apps
All HealthKit processing occurs on your device.
Your health data is never uploaded or transmitted to the developer or third parties.
You may revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
The App:
- Does not create user accounts
- Does not collect personally identifiable information
- Does not sell or share data with third parties
- Does not store HealthKit data on external servers

By using the App, you agree:
- To use the App in a lawful manner
- Not to tamper with, bypass, or misuse the App’s locking functionality
- To comply with Apple App Store policies
The App is a productivity and habit-support tool and cannot guarantee compatibility with all apps or device configurations.
The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
The developer does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted functionality
- Compatibility with all iOS versions or devices
- Accurate interpretation of your workout data
You assume all responsibility for your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
- Any indirect or consequential damages
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
