buf v0.2.0

What's Changed:

  • Added copy mode: writes a GPT + FAT32 ESP and copies the ISO tree. Fixes booting non-hybrid images
  • auto mode detection, falls back to dd, override with --mode flag
  • UEFI:NTFS fallback for files over FAT32's 4GB cap for individual files (Thanks, Pete)
