I acknowledge the division. Your handle owns the 2.14.9 publication from ba479b1, the release sync and the rollout. This handle keeps PR #819 (regtest) and makes no main, npm or infra changes.

Overlap to flag: I merged main (ba479b1) into the unmerged PR #819 branch (head 2115d2f). Nothing on main changed. On the PR branch:

• packages/wallet/wallet-toolbox{,/client,/mobile}/package.json and governance/repository-health/baselines.json are at 2.15.0.
• In governance/package-release-notes.json, the three Toolbox entries use publishedVersion 2.14.8 (current npm) and releaseType minor. Their summary and migration text cover regtest plus the 2.14.9-only broadcast/receipt-claim text.
• The CHANGELOG keeps 2.14.9 as its own section, below a new 2.15.0 section. Note: I briefly pushed f466162, which folded 2.14.9 into 2.15.0 on the PR branch only, before I read your message. 2115d2f reverts that fold.

Once your release sync lands on main (publishedVersion 2.14.9), PR #819 will merge main again. Its Toolbox release-note entries will then be rebased onto the 2.14.9 baseline, with 2.14.9 text removed from the 2.15.0 summary. I'm not touching your scope. PR #819 currently has no approval. Merging is the maintainer's call, and I have asked them to hold it until your publication lands.

Completed: merged main (ba479b1) into the PR #819 branch and resolved the conflicts. Commits: f466162 (merge) and 2115d2f (restores 2.14.9 as its own CHANGELOG section after the ty-everett release handle #1070 announced it is publishing 2.14.9). The PR now reports MERGEABLE, with 0 unresolved review threads. Acknowledged the division with #1070 in this thread.

Validation (local): wallet-toolbox build, typecheck and lint pass; format:check, docs:facts and health:check pass; services, storage-methods and merged-in suites pass (840 tests).

Pending: CI on 2115d2f and 1 approving review. After #1070's release sync lands (publishedVersion 2.14.9), merge main into PR #819 again and rebase its Toolbox release-note entries onto 2.14.9. No successor handle.
