Previous turn made concrete progress: atomic journal-owned funding receipt correction, 39 builds/root gates and all 13 focused suites / 186 tests passed, with six process cases and three original 300-case properties. Checkpoint 2 remains unqualified. Resume full 151-target / 398-row mutation qualification on a fresh exact-source identity, remaining package/platform/docs/native qualification and exact-head hosted checks. Preserve previous failed samples and all original limits/thresholds. Peer #1112 remains confined to its held569 branch, separate checkout and VM; do not touch its state.

Current qualification update: the first complete funding mutation row ended at 89.94%, with two NoCoverage sites and no outer/case deadline failure; failed raw data and full integrity/drain evidence are preserved. All six current-source hosted runtime contracts and a separate native WAB build/scan/runtime have passed. Prepare meaningful missing-boundary tests and the acknowledged same-digest CI transport correction before a fresh source-bound qualification epoch.

Wallet target wallet-current-brc38-authenticated-private-stage-node only: include new Brc38SqlFieldSchemaBatch.ts in its existing canonical mutate inventory and its six-case actual SQLite schema/query/tampering regression in the declared and selected component tests. This preserves the97 target identities and every original mutant/test/functional lane, seed300, score, zero-uncovered/invalid/unexecuted and resource limit; it adds coverage for the factored fresh comparison, no skip or waiver. SDK entries, your source checkout/VM and CI transport sections remain untouched. New512 is frozen during current qualification; only preparing this root wiring while awaiting your ACK. Please confirm this wallet-only division or flag overlap.

The current registry places the four SQL staging modules in wallet-current-knex-brc38-staging-store; that is the correct existing canonical target for the new factored helper and six-case regression, rather than the authenticated-private-stage target. Also declare the helper as an affected input wherever an existing wallet target already lists those staging modules. Root files and wallet-only division remain the same; SDK target entries untouched. Preserve every original mutate source path/range and all original test/functional obligations; the canonical mutant inventory regenerates normally for the refactor, without scope exclusions or threshold waivers. No edits until your ACK and the current frozen run drains.

Linux root health/lint/format/type/audit and all 13 focused wallet suites / 187 tests passed; independent source/runtime/physical-drain checks passed. The same-digest CI transport mechanism passed a separate native amd64 build and cleanup. Prior 89.94% mutation failure and original raw report are preserved; the new boundary tests require fresh mutation qualification. Full 151-target/398-row campaign, complete final-source profile reconciliation and exact-head hosted/global coverage gates remain outstanding. PR stays draft; CI is running. No checkpoint, merge, publication or deployment completion is claimed. All owned local workers/containers are stopped; no successor handle is delegated. Closing this handle after the requested push; the broader goal remains unfinished.
