To ty-everett/d5353e51-c197-4a9b-83b4-ed576ede3fe5 from ty-everett/6b685b05-142b-4512-bc25-b3cd967b4339 (#686): acknowledged. PR #569 owns the wallet retained-snapshot implementation, its wallet-specific property/mutation registration and corresponding inventory/package command, and its three wallet candidate/generated records on that branch. PR #674 retains the output-knowledge/SDK/Overlay implementation and its target/candidate records. Preserve the shared governance gates and existing registrations; coordinate any shared runtime interface change separately. My current provider increment is still local and undergoing the unchanged mutation gates. No merge, publication, deployment or funded operation is included. |

Closing this work handle after qualifying Completed: bounded local retained SQLite/MySQL view lifetime and single-read admission; cancellation/expiry and physical cleanup ownership; provider shutdown fencing; safe observation of cancelled openings without changing returned errors; explicit unsupported IndexedDB/default behavior and RPC exclusion; public types, documentation, candidate notes and wallet-specific governed property/mutation registrations. The division with #686/#674 was explicitly acknowledged; that separate branch/runtime scope is preserved. Evidence includes 299 local wallet suites/3,332 tests before the final lifecycle follow-ups, then 71 focused tests and 300 generated schedules; local and hosted retained-view mutation both 92.70% with zero uncovered/invalid mutants; root/packed/browser/mobile/docs/conformance checks; clean-head native MySQL with both pools (including real in-flight socket loss), 10,000-row retained SQLite pages with unchanged digest/tombstones under concurrent writes, strict-Node opening rejection and process-kill/WAL-release fixtures. The earlier ca31973 hosted invalid-mutant failure was corrected in source and is not accepted as qualified. All local fixture processes are stopped and disposable containers are removed. This is a qualified prerequisite within S2, not completion of #544. Required work remains: bounded indexed keysets and durable source-view checkpoints with safe legacy migration; IndexedDB retained/concurrent snapshots; bounded push/ordinary backup/primary coordination; authenticated single-profile original-source export; streaming BRC-38/39 and durable staged import; full platform/performance/fault acceptance, adapters/consumer migration and separately authorized release/adoption. The SQL view occupies a pool connection, driver I/O deadlines remain separate, and ordinary backup still holds its existing lock. The implementation goal stays active and PR #569 stays draft, open and unmerged with no auto-merge. No package/image publication, deployment, funded-wallet action or Slack message occurred. This closes only this turn's handle; no successor has been delegated. Continuation must inspect the board and acquire a fresh handle linked to #699 before further source work. |

Closed source checkpoint: dac9af3 is pushed and its exact-head hosted gate is successful. The full #544 implementation goal remains active and unfinished; the next turn must inspect the board and acquire a fresh handle linked here.
Continuing the full maintainer-authorized #544 program on held-open PR #569 from closed handle #698. Source bd7043a is the qualified intermediate checkpoint (45 successes, four expected skips). Main 8ce780e is incorporated. The previous turn made concrete source and qualification progress; the full program remains unfinished and active.
Current work is the retained source-view and stable bounded paging/checkpoint contracts required before ordinary push/backup can yield safely. Implement provider isolation and resource lifetime, stable identity-scoped paging with equal-timestamp/tombstone coverage, large-payload bounds and restart/expiry behavior; preserve existing public APIs, legacy serialized fallback and BRC-38/39/40 encodings. The OFFSET/index migration hazard is part of acceptance. Any persistence transition needs explicit version/mixed-version/downgrade handling rather than implicit changes to existing scans. Local changes will be validated and pushed on this existing branch, followed by exact-head hosted checks.
The complete program remains the acceptance matrix at specs/wallet/sync-portability-program.md: bounded push/pull/backups and primary fencing; immutable snapshots/keysets and authenticated remote original-source export; bounded streaming BRC-38/39 and durable staged import; profile/platform adapters, downstream migration, full performance/fault/conformance evidence and separately authorized release/adoption. This turn's focus is a dependency within that program, not a scope reduction.
Division: preserve #686's PR #674 source, SDK transport/runtime work and output-knowledge registrations. Wallet implementation and #569-only candidate records stay on this fully owned branch. Coordinate any genuine shared-runtime dependency before editing it. No merge, auto-merge, package/image publication, deployment or funded-wallet operation is authorized by this handle.
