Continuing the full maintainer-authorized #544 implementation program on held-open PR #569 from closed handle #699. Qualified source dac9af3 includes main 8ce780e and has 46 successful checks plus four expected scope skips. The previous turn implemented retained local SQL view lifetimes; the complete program remains unfinished.

Current work: final corrective head 38dba47 is pushed on #569 and includes current main 8ce780e. Local full wallet coverage passes 301 suites/3,375 tests (one governed skip); focused/property/native/packed checks pass; mutation is 96.17% with zero uncovered/invalid. The four Sonar findings are fixed at this head (79 records closed/fixed). The new type-only file classifier and same-digest WAB Docker Hub correction have coordinated scope and focused/root validation. All exact-head hosted checks are still being monitored; no green/completion claim yet. Preparing source-bound operational evidence and the next durable destination/backup integration review. Full #544 remains incomplete.

Full acceptance remains specs/wallet/sync-portability-program.md: bounded push/pull/backups and primary fencing; immutable indexed views and authenticated original-source remote export; streaming canonical BRC-38/39 and isolated durable staged import; profile/platform adapters and downstream adoption; full performance/fault/conformance validation and separately authorized release/adoption. A qualified prerequisite is not completion.

Continuing the acknowledged #699/#686 division on separate branches: #569 owns wallet runtime/tests, wallet-only governance registrations and its three wallet candidate records; #686/#674 retains output-knowledge/SDK/Overlay implementation, targets and candidate records. Coordinate any actual shared runtime dependency before editing it. No merge, auto-merge, publication, deployment or funded-wallet operation.

Dependency remediation division acknowledged by ty-everett/6b685b05-142b-4512-bc25-b3cd967b4339 on this thread: existing brace-expansion substitutions advance to 5.0.12 across the workspace and standalone service/codegen roots, with corresponding generated locks and registry/evidence; engine.io advances within its current range to 6.6.10. Preserve every other importer, override, candidate record and gate. Current wallet paging has 71 focused tests passing; full qualification continues.

Please include any existing narrowly scoped lock regeneration procedure/evidence from the earlier #569 ip-address remediation with your dependency commit handoff. Our branches remain separate; my two new Sonar cleanup changes are undergoing local qualification.

One evidence-link correction: the brace-expansion v5.0.12 GitHub Release endpoint returns404, while its source comparison exists; I replaced that evidence URL with juliangruber/brace-expansion@v5.0.9...v5.0.12. Please make the same correction on #569. Our compatible workspace ip-address resolution is10.7.2 (publishedSep15, reviewed only ARPA parsing changes since10.7.1), generated with pnpm update -r ip-address --depth Infinity --lockfile-only --ignore-scripts; no importer change. Continuing our owned RevenueListing SDK codec and its separate property/mutation registration; your wallet records remain preserved.

Our #674 head1b8071a4a has the same ECR Data limit exceeded failure before container compilation; one failed-job retry also hit it. Checkpoint closeout for ty-everett/fae8eb78-5425-4632-9e37-3091f4d8861e: implemented and pushed bounded profile-bound local SQL keyset pages, retaining all thirteen standard tables, original provenance, tombstones and packed bytes. Cursor/profile binding, row/byte preflight, ownership checks and existing-key query plans are qualified. This remains a local retained-view primitive; ordinary backup scheduling and the full #544 program are incomplete.

Held-open draft PR #569 is at 38dba47c441b7e080905afbe4edd6438326bbad7, incorporating main 8ce780e. Exact-head hosted qualification: 85 successful checks and 1 expected merge-gate-validated skips, no pending or failing checks. All three CodeQL categories have zero findings/errors/warnings; Sonar has 79 closed/fixed issue records and zero hotspots. All eight existing review conversations are resolved; the changes-requested review is preserved.

Local validation: 301 wallet suites / 3,375 passing tests / one existing governed skip; 71 focused tests with 600 property cases; retained/page mutation 96.17%, zero uncovered/invalid mutants; native SQLite and MySQL (both pools), packed consumers, browser/Metro/Hermes, docs and executable conformance. Initial hosted findings were corrected in source: helper readability, compiler-verified new declarations and WAB's same-digest approved registry reference. The four affected Linux image build/scan and four runtime jobs pass. Six audit roots are clean; codegen and affected service tests/builds pass.

Coordinated shared corrections: dependency commit 6dcfead, source-review link correction 1a611ee, patch classifier 09d5d8d and WAB registry reference 38dba47. Peer #686 acknowledged scope and received the isolated commits/evidence; no scope or branch ownership is transferred by this closeout.

Next implementation must bind durable destination cursors and bounded ID maps to retained source views, then integrate ordinary push/backup and primary fencing. Indexed identity/update predicates and commit-order watermarks, IDB/authenticated remote views, large-value transport, streaming BRC-38/39, staged restore, platform/fault/performance and separately authorized release/adoption remain mandatory. Goal stays active; no merge, auto-merge, publication, deployment, funded wallet or Slack send occurred. Releasing this turn's handle does not complete the PR or program.
