Official Margins CLI v0.3.0 prebuilt binaries for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and x86_64 Linux.

These official prebuilt binaries include platform adapters for native capture, the recording TUI, and platform ASR integration that are not present in the public source export. The public repository contains the open-source core; the downloadable release archives are produced and smoke-tested from the private official distribution pipeline.

Validated from private pipeline commit 8ff94ba52471e3ef6ebd119b7819eea1b85571ee against public source export 0a31aec2dc337914fa9562a193ddf9eb7cd467e7.
