Chat in its own tab and other improvements

• Chat is now reachable through its own tab
• Added ability to select units for blackbytes, such as GBB for gigablackbytes
• When a new version is released, you'll be automatically notified
• When the hub changes its witness list, it will automatically suggest making similar change
• Better alignment, more polished UI, same font on all platforms
• A number of small bugs fixed
