Features for 1.10.0:

  • Select multiple studies and check out the combined study view as well as the improved query results page!
  • The “cross cancer” results page has been replaced. There is only one query results page now. For the user this means the following: you can now see an OncoPrint of multiple studies! Furthermore the new cancer type bar chart which was already shown when querying for a single study, is now shown for multiple studies as well.
  • On the mutations tab we are using http://v1.genomenexus.org instead of querying external services directly to get domain, transcript and protein information.
