Minor update to improve TOON IF statement parsing.

  • IF statement expression operators can now have whitespace on the righthand side. Syntax used to require if acc32 =0 can now be written as if acc32 = 0.
  • IF expression operators can no longer be FXCore mnemonics, e.g. if r2 jnz is no longer allowed, this must be written using the conditional symbols if r2 != 0. See the TOON conditional syntax reference for details.
