DPC 2026.2.0 – Stability, Validation, and Auto‑Release

  • Added GitHub Release workflow to auto‑package the integration and inject the release version (manifest + version.py).
  • Introduced version.py and dynamic SW version reporting in device info.
  • Prevented duplicate entries for the same coordinates (unique_id now based on lat/lon).
  • Added coordinate validation during config flow (blocks invalid locations with a clear error).
  • Improved API robustness (safer parsing, missing keys handling, and response cleanup).
  • Fixed sensor entity classes and added native_value for HA compliance.
  • Clarified Municipality option behavior and shortened UI descriptions.
  • Fixed minor issues (binary sensor UID typo, Italian translation typo).
  • Updated documentation and HACS metadata for zip releases.
