1. Phased Release Strategy

Orbit utilizes a human-supervised, gated rollout model to evaluate multi-agent state reconciliation, source grounding, and system reliability before scaling up.

Phase Target Audience Scope & Focus Benchmark & Exit Criteria
Phase 1: Stakeholder Signoff Nayiri Saba (Project Sponsor & AMF-certified advisor) Core workflow verification, UI layout, deterministic financial tools, and synthetic dataset setup in staging. Formal signoff on core features and compliance architecture.
Phase 2: Family & Friends 10–15 invited testers Internal usability, account creation, client messaging, and appointment booking flows under low load. Zero critical (P0/P1) bugs; 100% successful synthetic booking/messaging operations.
Phase 3: Alpha Release Stakeholder & 3–5 early peer financial advisors Asynchronous multi-agent state reconciliation, conflict detection engine, and meeting summary grounding in real workflows. >90% Conflict Detection Accuracy; >90% Source Grounding Verification; zero unhandled state collisions.
Phase 4: Beta Release Expanded group of early advisors and synthetic client accounts Load testing concurrent multi-agent updates, monitoring system latency, and refining the advisor review workflow. Reduced advisor post-meeting review latency; stable server CPU/memory (<70%) under peak load.
Phase 5: Full Release & Handover Stakeholder Production Deployment Transitioning system runbooks, final compliance documentation, and long-term hosting configurations to the stakeholder. Successful post-beta security audit; completion of AMF AI systems catalog and operational training.
