Velocity and Contractor Estimate

Overall, we accomplished most of the planned setup and design work for the first iteration. The main goal was to establish the team structure, initial design, project setup and requirements, and these tasks were largely completed as planned. Some decisions were moved to the next iteration, as additional research was needed to determine the most appropriate tools for the project.

For a contractor estimate, we would estimate approximately $300 for this iteration, based on the time spent on meetings, project setup, requirements, system design, documentation, and initial CI/testing preparation.
