18. Overall Summary

First Iteration

During the first iteration, the main goal was to create the foundation of the overall project and to get prepared for development. The repository and project documentation, which includes the README, license, issues, user stories, and Wiki, were completed for this iteration. We also worked on the initial system design, which includes the architecture diagram, domain model, class diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram and personas. Additionally, the initial mockups, CI/CD pipeline, and Docker setup were also completed.
