Prices under Alabama's SSUT (flat 8%, Ala. Code § 40-23-193) and Texas' Single Local Use Tax Rate (1.75% + the state rate, Tex. Tax Code § 151.0595) when the host asserts the seller's own election as a registration scheme (UsSalesTaxRegime::REMOTE_ELECTION_SCHEME). Opt-in by construction; the gates above the rate still speak first; an asserted election nothing can price refuses loudly rather than guessing.
