HappyCodex v0.16.0 adds evidence-first scouting for architecture and design recommendations grounded in current implementation facts.

Highlights:

  • Routes unread, multi-artifact current-fact questions to one native read-only scout before the Primary forms a recommendation.
  • Requires observable questions and a facts-only report with citations, searched scope, and unknowns.
  • Keeps judgment with the Primary and skips the scout when one or two bounded direct lookups suffice or the facts are already verified.
  • Extends deterministic evaluator fixtures, oracles, schemas, and tests with a broad positive case and a bounded negative control.
  • Preserves native zero-configuration routing with no custom agent, model pin, or external provider dependency.

Validation:

  • 100/100 offline tests passed.
  • Skill and plugin validators passed.
  • Fresh no-history Exact-final: GO for commit 735b75d.
