HappyCodex v1.1.0 makes advisory review converge without imposing a fixed round cap.

Highlights:

  • Keeps advisory reviewers reusable and follow-ups uncapped while requiring every new pass to have a bounded, verdict-changing reason.
  • Prevents an old standing instruction from automatically renewing passes; an unknown that no bounded pass can resolve is reported instead of looped.
  • Clarifies that advisory evidence adds no authority and may refine planned surfaces only inside the unchanged authorization boundary.
  • Treats compatibility breaks as proposals until the exact incompatibility and material consumer, data, or cutover effects are request-authorized.
  • Preserves fresh immutable Exact-final review, one-writer ownership, stateless evaluation, and the v1.0.0 scope-stability contract.

Validation:

  • 101 offline tests passed.
