HappyCodex v1.2.0
HappyCodex v1.2.0 is a deletion-first refinement of the Codex-native reliability guidance for high-risk engineering work.
Highlights:
- Reduces the installed Skill from 200 lines / 1825 words to 145 lines / 1153 words while preserving decision-bearing safety.
- Clarifies that a scout or worker required by an applicable Skill is an explicit delegation request when host rules prohibit only proactive delegation; a real host denial still wins.
- Replaces long phrase-lock checks with closed scenario-to-decision coverage for delegation and advisory-pass stopping.
- Keeps consumer-native immutable freeze, one writer per overlap, blocker-only Exact-final review, one-shot effects, truthful closure, and recovery-surface preservation.
Validation:
- 101/101 offline standard-library tests passed.
- Skill and plugin validators plus git diff --check passed.
- Fresh replacement Exact-final returned GO for candidate tree acd20cfc51ad93b40710f83814186fe9a9ada205.
