Add support for macOS, Linux and Android Builds

Currently Multigram on macOS only supports builds of Telegram Desktop because I encountered multiple error while trying to set up build environment of Telegram Swift (and Telegram Swift itself indeed supports more accounts)
Check README for details about build architectures and system version requirements.
