SmartStreamer4 is in CW mode using Flexradio

On the CW menu, START does not launch CW Skimmer.
Clicking on START a second time throws an error: "DAX IO 1 not found in WinMM enumeration."
The radio is a Flexradio 6700.

Any help greatly appreciated.

@dBm2011 Thank you for the screen shots. Looks like the path to the ini files is incomplete.

ie - typically:

c:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Afreet\Products\CwSkimmer\CwSkimmer.ini

Immediate workaround:

change the second Config path from C:\ProgramData\CwSkimmer to the actual file:

C:\Users\dmathes\AppData\Roaming\Afreet\Products\CwSkimmer\CwSkimmer.ini

Then press Start.

That change resulted in CW Skimmer being launched.
But CW Skimmer may not be getting the IQ data, as no signals are seen even after tuning to a CW signal on the radio.
The ini file was there prior to starting CW Skimmer. But instead of the file now there is an error file.
Any help will be appreciated.

Adding regenerated CwSkimmer.ini file, wth file type changed to txt for adding.

I see I have to manually start data processing on the toolbar with this program. The other programs I used in the past automatically started.

@dBm2011 yes you have to press the start button in CW skimmer. I thought I had that documented and the set up guide but I will double check.

Also let me know how you like the stream deck function next release will include RIT and XIT controls.

Upon launching SSDR and SmartStreamer4, I was surprised that the top portion of the waterfall was black. I sometimes see a CW signal in it. Previously using SmartStream4 the noise was visible throughout the window. I'm at a loss for waht changed.

The tCW Skimmer Tune at command isn't working.
The CW Skimmer up/down arrows aren't working.

How does one adjust the displayed frequency range? Can the frequencey range displayed be increased or decreased?

Recenter your DAX IQ channel ..: I it’s black because the stream is out of the sample range.

Confirm you are using MME drivers? Also What is the sample rate? I also noticed you don’t have skimmer water fall configured for color traces. Also might be helpful to just get on a zoom meeting so I can walk you thru the config and etc up process.
