1.5.6 Folia Support

From this release onwards this project will work on Folia.
This release should function for all versions from 1.13 to 26.1.2+ but they are not all tested.
If you have any Issues please create an Issue in this repo with a description of the problem and the logs from that time.

Changed behaviour regarding Repair auto

• now stores auto repair until server restart and remains even on relog

I have only tested this version on 1.19.1 and 1.20.4
It should work for all versions that still support bukkit Api 13 (1.13 or higher for now (currently 1.20.6))
