Changed behaviour regarding Repair auto

  • now stores auto repair until server restart and remains even on relog

I have only tested this version on 1.19.1 and 1.20.4
It should work for all versions that still support bukkit Api 13 (1.13 or higher for now (currently 1.20.6))

If you want to compile for yourself switch to branch 1.13
