SwitchWaker runs The Wind Waker (GameCube, GZLE01 revision 0) natively on a Switch with custom firmware: the decompiled game, on Aurora. No emulation. You need your own disc of the game.

Fixed

  • Crash in Jabun's cave (#3): the game crashed during the cutscene where you sail into Jabun's cave on Outset Island, right after the camera turns to the middle of the cave (docked or handheld, 30 or 60 fps). The cutscene now plays to the end and gives you Nayru's Pearl. Thanks to @Squee777 for the report.

Install / update

  • New install: download SwitchWaker-v0.3.1-switch.zip below, copy its switch folder to the root of the SD card, and put your disc image (uncompressed .iso of the USA disc, revision 0) at sdmc:/switch/switchwaker/GZLE01.iso. Details: INSTALL.md.
  • Updating from 0.3.0: copy the zip's switch folder over the old one (it replaces switchwaker.nro). Your disc, saves, settings and the HOME-screen forwarder stay as they are.
