Docs/metadata fixes so the PyPI page renders correctly:
- README uses absolute URLs for the logo and doc links (relative paths broke the image on PyPI)
- Fixed
project.urlsthat pointed at a placeholder owner; added Issues and Changelog links
No functional changes to the harness. See the changelog.
