Adds an inline suppression pragma for deliberate draft markers (field-report item P5.12).

A line carrying % papercheck: ignore (or % papercheck: ignore draft-marker) silences findings on that line and the line below — useful for a ??/TODO that can't reach the PDF, e.g. an unreachable \IfFileExists fallback. Suppressed markers are recorded under structure.suppressed_draft_markers (not dropped silently) and no longer count toward the gate. See the changelog.

papercheck v0.3.3

Unifies the state machine across the CLI and the MCP server (field-report item P4.7). papercheck scan and papercheck segments now advance the shared, persisted audit state (auto-initializing if needed), so an agent can start at the CLI and switch to the MCP server without hand-advancing stages. papercheck v0.3.2

Fixes from a full-pass field report driven against a real jump-FBSDE paper.

Gate integrity (important): the mechanical gate no longer returns READY while a credible, quote-verified FATAL/SERIOUS finding sits un-adjudicated in PROPOSED — such issues now block, with a warnings line. Also fixed a crash when recording inventory at/after the AUDITING stage.

Other: PyYAML is now a declared dependency (packs show works on a clean install); gate uses tri-state exit codes (0/2/1); segments prints a risk-ranked table; cleaner packs errors; manual-check resolver attribution. Full list in the changelog.

Docs/metadata fixes so the PyPI page renders correctly:

• README uses absolute URLs for the logo and doc links (relative paths broke the image on PyPI)
