TextFold 0.10.14
On Windows, a library an older TextFold left behind opens again.
What's fixed
- "'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa1". TextFold 0.10.9 and before saved its files on Windows in the system's own encoding (GBK on a Chinese Windows); since 0.10.10 it reads them as UTF-8, and a library with a Chinese title, translation or note stopped opening after the update. Each such file is now read in the old encoding once and saved again as UTF-8: your papers, translations, notes, folders and settings are all there.
- Folders kept. A library file that could not be read was taken as empty, and its folders would have been lost at the next save. It is now read as it was written.
Nothing to do: update, and TextFold opens your library as before.

The Python package
textfold serve has the same changes.
python3 -m pip install -U textfoldIf TextFold helps you read, a ⭐ on the repository helps others find it.
