0.20.0 - Burn After Redising

Huge thanks to @desertaxle for his excellent burner-redis, the new in-memory Redis implementation. burner-redis supplants the venerable fake-redis as a production-oriented, high-performance implementation. This should mean major improvements to memory usage, runtime performance, and installation heft.
