GoldenPad Issue 19 Metal Target Test 1

This is a narrow, unsigned iPhone/iPad test build for issue #19. It is not
Preview 7 and does not include the separate A12/A10 renderer work.

The only runtime-targeted change is rebuilding RT64's embedded Metal libraries
for iOS 17 instead of the accidental iOS 26.5 target. The package verifier
confirms that the final executable contains only
air64_v26-apple-ios17.0.0 Metal libraries.

The app installs side-by-side as GoldenPad I19 Test using bundle identifier
com.chrissotraidis.goldenpad.issue19-test, version 0.1.0 build 7. It does not
replace Preview 6 or use its data container, so select your original supported
retail ROM again inside the test app. Do not upload the ROM, saves, signing
material, or provisioning profile when reporting results.

Please test on the issue #19 iPhone 13 mini running iOS 18.7.8 through:

  1. ROM selection and validation;
  2. RT64 initialization;
  3. title sequence and menus; and
  4. representative Dam gameplay, including audio and controls.

Attach a complete redacted .ips, relevant Console output, and GoldenPad
diagnostics if it still fails.
