PadMint 0.5.7: a clearer first launch

Download

What's new

  • First launch opens on the game library. When PadMint finds no games on this computer or your devices, it opens on every game it can build or download, with a short welcome. Once you have games, it opens on My games, which now waits for your devices instead of guessing too early.
  • Removing PadMint is explained on the Storage page: what PadMint keeps where, and how to delete it. Games on your devices and their saves stay.
  • An empty PadMint folder shows "0 KB" instead of "0".

Updating

On a Mac or Linux, PadMint 0.5.5 and newer offer this update from the version button at the bottom of the sidebar. On Windows, close PadMint's window, download the ZIP again, extract it and open the launcher in the new folder. Your game files, builds and saves stay where they are.
