2.8.4 - Fixing duplication and refresh issues

Bug fixes:

• #512 and #408: Fix patch grid not refreshing properly on category assignments and flag setting
  be fixed by 2.8.3, potentially causing duplicate user bank names.
• Bug fix: Remove patch duplication in Library view occuring with patches imported multiple times.
• Added unit tests for the various patch search combinations
