This page documents all changes done to PlayerLauncher. It has been structured from the latest version to the earliest. All versions earlier than 1.4.1 have NOT been tested for 1.7.2. Only version 1.4.5+ has been tested on 1.7.9, yet v1.4.1+ should work fine.

Lots of new improvements were made to PlayerLauncher in this update.
- Changed the help command. Players with permission PlayerLauncher.admin is now able to view a list of all commands. Players without the permission can view limited commands.
- Changed the reload command as well as the permission. Previously, the command was /l reload, but to add support for a save command, the command was changed to /l config reload.
- Added a command to save config: /l config save. The permission is PlayerLauncher.config.save.
- Previously launching out of liquids induced fall damage. To eliminate this, launching out of liquids is now impossible.
- Added support for Minecraft Version 1.2.5 and later. Unfortunately, the blaze sound effect had to be removed to accommodate this.
- The power at which a player is launched is now configurable. Check out how to use it here.

- Updated for CraftBukkit 1.6.2 R1.0 (Recommended Build vs. Beta Build).
- Fixed minor bug in which players could not launch off pressure plates as launch pads unless they jumped above the pressure plate.

- Added a prefix to PlayerLauncher that can be changed via config.
- Fixed self-launch errors present in v1.1.8 and v1.1.9.

PlayerLauncher is extremely easy to setup! There are 4 steps you must follow before you can actually use the plugin, though.
- Download any file you wish. I recommend the latest one if you are running the latest Minecraft version.
- Drag and drop this file into your server-plugins directory.
- Restart your server. While a reload would work, server reloads cause memory leaks and eventually will crash your server.
- You are good to go! 🎉
This wiki is designed to help make your life easier. After you have installed the plugin, you should look into the various commands. Start by using /launch help. As an admin, you will want to give yourself the permission PlayerLauncher.launch.admin (case-sensitive) so you can view every command.
To launch yourself, use /launch or /launch self. Just look in a direction and you will be off on your way. You can also launch other players with /launch p <playerName>.
PlayerLauncher also allows you to design launch pads. To do this, you must create a launch pad with /launch pad. You will be given a launch pad block, which is configurable and by default is a wooden plate. Place this block anywhere to create a launch pad, whose location is saved in the launchpads.yml file. I would recommend not touching this file. To delete a launch pad, go to the location and break the block. Remember, the launch pad has to be a block! In a future update, I will add an option to set the direction the launch pad will launch you in.
There are also many other features I will allow you to play around with and discover! I hope you enjoy using the plugin. If you have any requests for improvements or wish to report any bugs, I encourage you to do so in the issue tracker.
