⚠️ Breaking change

Packages pkg/markdown and pkg/x/markdown now use Glamour v2 (#281), which fixes hyperlinks that wrap across lines. Glamour types are part of these packages' exported signatures, so code that references them alongside go-gh (for example glamour.TermRendererOption or ansi.StyleConfig) must update its imports from github.com/charmbracelet/glamour to charm.land/glamour/v2. No other changes should be needed.

This release also raises the minimum Go version to 1.26.7, as required by Glamour v2 and Lip Gloss v2.
