Patch Changes

• 2d61a4c: Accept @file values for generated string enum body flags

  Resolve file tokens before checking an enum's allowed choices, so a file containing a valid value works like a literal flag. Continue rejecting file contents outside the enum and preserve the existing choices in help.

• 7283747: Remove the fixed timeout from binary uploads

  Allow binary and multipart uploads to finish without a CLI-imposed request
  deadline, so large R2 objects are not aborted after 30 seconds. Keep the
  standard timeout for other API calls and report SDK timeouts clearly.

• 1b423f4: Keep cf previews deploy available in a generated command group so future schema updates can add Preview API commands without a root registration collision.
