Patch Changes

• 3d4dbc1: Reject local mode for Worker version uploads and trigger deployments

  Fail cf workers versions create --local and cf workers triggers deploy --local before building or making deployment API requests, including with --prebuilt or --dry-run. These commands only support remote deployment; their help now explains this restriction instead of advertising local simulation options.

• 57dc71d: Fix cf registrar registrations check so positional domains are sent in the request body.

  Allow several domains as separate positional arguments, including in the registrar sandbox command, and show the same body in --dry-run output.
