• Reformat README
• Ensure data sources adhere to module.this.enabled
• Use helm-release module instead of raw helm_release`.
• Remove manual setting of AWS_ROLE_ARN, AWS_WEB_IDENTITY_TOKEN_FILE and mounting of the SA token (see why for justification).
• Remove unintentionally included details in Makefile for runner container image.

why

• The setting of AWS_ROLE_ARN, AWS_WEB_IDENTITY_TOKEN_FILE and mounting of the SA token is done automatically by amazon-eks-pod-identity-webhook included in EKS (see: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/iam-roles-for-service-accounts-technical-overview.html#pod-configuration), if RunnerDeployment.spec.template.spec.serviceAccountName points to the SA with the IRSA annotation.
