Minor updates related to aws-teams Nuru (@Nuru) (#470)

what

  • Remove profile option from aws-teams related providers
  • Update vpc-peering README with required trust policy

why

  • These providers need to be using SuperAdmin and cannot use (or at least we do not supporting using) AWS config profiles
  • Our SSO and SAML providers support session tagging. If the vpc-peering trust policy does not allow it, but the session has been tagged, then the "assume role" will fail.
