Everything added and fixed since 0.9.8.

Added

  • Manga reader: paged left-to-right, paged right-to-left and webtoon, with a chapter picker, page slider, zoom, page fit, saved progress and continue reading.
  • Manga tab: installed engines, browse, search, Popular/Latest lists, and a search box inside a repo's index.
  • Manga extensions install the same way Aniyomi ones do (same files, same repos).
  • Stats: watch time, items consumed, day heatmap and your top titles. Every row opens what it is about.
  • Codec details in the player (stats for nerds): resolution, codec, bitrate, dropped frames.
  • Performance booster in Settings: one switch that drops the poster blur and the animated effects and searches fewer providers at once, for a phone that stutters or heats up.
  • Pin button on a source, to keep it at the top of Home's picker.
  • Year filter, and a Movies / Series / Both filter, on the search screen - no second search needed.
  • Advanced filters for a custom source: genres, release dates, rating, votes, language, country.
  • Title logo on the detail screen and on the loading screen, each with its own size slider.
  • Episode order filter: first to last, or last to first.
  • Mark as watched, watching and watch later on the detail page, drawn on the poster too.
  • Pair and sync with another device: one shows a code, the other types it.
  • Collections and folders: pin to Home, reorder, browse as rows or tabs, folder cover art and logo, hide the name, animated covers, export and import as JSON.
  • IPTV tab, with the playlist dialog right there and groups drawn as folder tiles.
  • Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV support in the same APK: rail layout, remote controls, TV settings folder and a TV banner.
  • Pick several sources at once in the provider picker.
  • Subtitles from the internet: five sites built in, search from inside the player, and auto-find in your language.
  • Franchise row, production companies, the full release date, and film/series and quality tags on posters.
  • 20 languages fully translated.

Fixed

  • Player dialogs and panels: no more cut off text or buttons, correct size in portrait and landscape, every box scrolls.
  • Lag and jitter while installing extensions, and while nothing is happening on screen.
  • Nuvio providers not showing all their servers: engines boot faster, run together instead of queueing, are no longer cut off mid-pass, and say why when they come back empty.
  • Aniyomi extensions loading again, including ones behind Cloudflare and ones that use the JavaScript engine.
  • Manga pages breaking: pages are drawn with the same renderer Nekoread uses, and preloaded around the page you are on.
  • Reader page slider landing on the page you tapped, and the chapter arrows going to the next chapter instead of another group's copy of the same one.
  • Subtitle box opening with the original title, and results that could never download are gone.
  • Home going back to "all providers" after coming out of the player.
  • Stats counting real time and the right day.
  • Importing a collections JSON file, and the titles it carries.
  • IPTV channel logos loading however the playlist wrote them.
  • R-rated titles leaving the catalogues while the adult switch is off.
  • The interface language changing on the spot.
  • The extension that listed itself nine times is one row now, with its sources underneath.
  • No crash on a device without a WebView.

Changed

  • The Manga tab is on by default.
  • Webtoon is the default reading mode.
  • Poster effects and loading-screen effects default to NONE.
  • The background extension search waits until the video is playing.
