Initial release with the following functionality:

• dsk command for Junior (CP/J) disk image operations (ls, get, cp). Only copying from
  the image is implemented at the moment.
• tap command for ZX Spectrum .tap file operations (info, extract, explode)
• basic command stub for BASIC program tooling
