Orglet 0.2.0

Orglet 0.2.0 — first public Windows build.

The Windows installer is unsigned. SmartScreen may warn that Windows protected your PC. That is expected for 0.2.x. If you downloaded Setup from this GitHub Release, choose More info → Run anyway.

Installers: unsigned Setup.exe and ZIP from Windows pnpm make on this exact tag. The tag’s own main workflow did not upload artifacts (that landed later in #15), so these files were rebuilt by checking out refs/tags/v0.2.0 (HEAD 5f9a742) in run 35382403959. They are not binaries from later main commits.

Human installer smoke was not run for this tag. PR #10’s Windows packaged job was green on the pre-merge head.
