Crafting

Applies to all versions (26.1.2 and 26.2).

Ageforged Armor pieces are not craftable. There are no crafting recipes in the mod: the recipes that once existed were removed because the armor is intended to be found as loot. Instead, every set is injected into vanilla structure chests through global loot modifiers.

Two things control loot generation (see Configuration):

• generateArmorLoot — master switch for all armor loot. Default true.
• One generate*Armor toggle per set, all default true. These only have an effect while the master switch is on.

When a modifier fires it picks one random piece from its set and adds it to the chest. The piece spawns damaged according to the modifier's armor_state: the final damage value is (1 − armor_state) × max durability, so armor_state 1.0 means an undamaged piece and 0.0 means a fully damaged piece.

Notes:

• The chance is a random-chance condition on top of the chest's own loot. Each chest can roll each applicable modifier independently.
• The desert pyramid can generate both Anubis and Pharaoh pieces, and the end city treasure can generate both Quetzalcoatl and Raijin pieces.

Repair

No material repairs any Ageforged Armor piece, the Bamboo Hat included. A damaged piece can only be repaired by combining two identical pieces in an anvil or in the crafting grid, as with any vanilla item that has durability.
