Editor theming. The editing view (Source mode and Live Preview) now picks up the Dossier body + monospace fonts and palette, matching the reading view and riding the same theme switcher (Auto / Paper / Ink / Slate).

On by default. Toggle it off or back on any time via the command palette → "Toggle editor theming" (remembered per-vault); turning it off returns the editor to native Obsidian. Reading-view rendering is unchanged. Presentation only — it never modifies your notes.

Fullscreen SVG now fills the height.

Fullscreening an SVG diagram (the ⤢ control) previously left its area at only ~70% of the window height — the graphic sat in a short box with empty space below it, and a tall or zoomed-in graphic could be cut off. The SVG area now fills the full fullscreen height; exiting fullscreen restores the normal reading-view size. Mermaid diagrams and tables are unchanged.

Dossier 0.0.3 — multi-H1 table-of-contents fix.

A document with more than one top-level (#) heading previously lost every H1 from the Contents index, and their subheadings collapsed into one flat, duplicated list. The index now promotes to a two-level H1 → H2 view when a doc has two or more H1s (each H1 a top entry, its H2s nested beneath). Single-H1 docs are unchanged.
