Fixed: the reading-view Contents index and document chrome now update automatically when a document's headings change (add / rename / remove / reorder) — previously they stayed stale until you closed and reopened the document. Presentational only; never modifies your notes.
Install/update via BRAT (auto-updates on Obsidian startup), or copy main.js + manifest.json + styles.css into .obsidian/plugins/dossier/.
