v0.2.0-rc.1

This RC adds the installed Desktop/VS Code adapter, interactive install/uninstall, multi-project routing, automatic cleanup, and a configurable idle timeout (30 minutes by default). Archives and Linux packages contain both executables.

Windows installer correction: the install.ps1 asset in this RC can fail during HTTPS downloads because it reads Content-Length.Value. Use the corrected installer from signed commit 4f3a83b with -Version 0.2.0-rc.1. It was verified against this release's Windows archive with required Cosign verification. The POSIX installer passed the same published-release check. The original tag and signed assets remain unchanged.
